I have been very blessed to have wonderful women role models in my career. The stories they tell about their career experiences make you realize that the role of women in the workforce has been hard fought and there is still work to do.

As a woman and leader in our organization, I feel it is my duty to take up the work of the women who came before and continue to do the hard work to make our workplace a place where everyone can bring their whole person to work and be successful. I believe that if we all join our passion, talent, and hard work together, we can make the vision of DE&I a reality.
