Personally, coming from a multicultural background, diversity and inclusivity have played a large role in my life. Growing up abroad, I encountered many different experiences, both positive and negative, all providing lessons.

Through my eyes the world is a melting pot that has the potential to create a safe space for all by educating and celebrating our differences. My hope is that our DE&I committee will help provide a safe, and inclusive space for Proliance employees that is representative of all.
