I joined the DEI Committee because I understand what it is like to be excluded and treated differently based on who I love. Healthcare is an incredibly stressful field to work in no matter what your role is.

Having to worry about whether or not your peers accept you for who you are, on-top of your daily responsibilities, is a burden not everyone carries. I want to help find ways to educate our Team Members so that they know that this struggle exists, and provide them with the tools they need so they can build healthy partnerships with all their peers.
