As a leader in healthcare, it is my desire to enhance my ability to promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion for both our staff and the community in which we serve.

Our team continuously strives to show compassion on a daily basis, but if we are not actively educating ourselves on how we can continue to grow these skills over time, despite our positive intent we may find we may not be as sensitive to the needs of those around us as we thought.

As the PSCV PACU RN manager, I know one of the simplest ways to foster positive change is to start by educating myself and leading by example. I am also in a unique position that allows me to coach others on how to best conduct themselves in different situations.

With a little bit of effort, I hope that we can continue to make Proliance a place of excellence for all!
