I joined the Ambassador Program because I want to do my part and positively impact others just like I’ve been impacted by my mentors during my training.

I was lucky to have great mentors who encouraged me to go into orthopedics even though the percentage of women, especially those of color like myself, is very low in this field. I want to do my best to encourage diversity at Proliance by helping recruit talented candidates who bring their diverse life experiences with them to the table.

My goal is to help support diversity of thought by encouraging and identifying bold and unique opportunities for growth for the Proliance network.
