As a Compensation Analyst in the Human Resources department, I merge my professional expertise with a lifelong dedication to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as a DEI Ambassador for our company. From my early years, I’ve been fascinated by the rich tapestry of cultures that shape our nation, leading me to actively engage in social justice and human rights causes.

My academic background in Western Religions exposed me to diverse faiths and practices, fostering a deep appreciation for cultural diversity. Alongside my family, I am deeply involved in community cultural events and stay informed about political issues at all levels to advocate for equity and equality. My global perspective, shaped by friendships worldwide, fuels my commitment to amplifying marginalized voices and fostering understanding. As a DEI Ambassador, I am dedicated to promoting a peaceful coexistence and empowering those who have been historically silenced, while continuously learning from the diverse experiences within our organization.
